    Made this for dinner tonight. Used Jasmine rice and fresh broccoli. I also didn't have Ritz crackers, so I substituted crushed Cheez-It Snaps mixed with French's Crispy Fried Onions. I also used Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs to add more flavor. Took exactly 50min in a convection oven. Quick, easy and yummy!

    Rice didn’t come out cooked enough. Had to cook it for way over an hour or more.
