I made this using 10 Roma tomatoes, 2 jalapeños, & 1 vidalia onion! No habenero!! But everything else!So far so good!! Letting it sit in the refrigerator to mingle flavors

Hi! Would this be fine without the habanero peppers? I don't have any at home and none of my local grocery stores seem to have them.

I did use 2 limes, but will reduce to 1 next time to reduce liquid and sweetness. The flavor is great, and is spicy enough to enjoy as a dip, but flavorful enough to serve on tacos and burrito bowls without muting all the other flavors.

I’m a mild girl so I left out the habanero peppers. Still a bit spicy so we added more tomatoes 🍅 A very fresh tasting salsa!

Please, don't add cumin! I'm mexican, here we don't use it as much. Also, roasted tomatoes makes it even better :)

definately add some garlic and don't slice the tomatoes to thin or they will fall apart. 💕
