    I tried these but had to substitute quite a few ingredients since I didnt have the right stuff on hand.. my version isn't keto but taste and texture were good and was healthier than regular pancakes! Good to know you have the option for substitutions. Flour: Oat flour Cream: Full fat greek yogurt Sweetener: 1 tsp maple syrup

    For me... as a pancake was not good. I let it sit in the fridge overnight, and the next morning put it in my little waffle maker. 100% better; fluffier and the eggy taste was less!
